Shipping and Processing Questions
How Quickly Will My Item Ship?
Our processings time is currently 3-5 business days.
Why So Long?
Many of our items are made in a shared space at Maker13 in Jeffersonville, IN. Because of this, processing times are set to account for the time it may take to book equipment and make the item.
How Do You Ship?
We ship through USPS. All our packages are shipped First-Class Package Service with tracking.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How Much Does Shipping Cost
Unless otherwise stated, shipping is $3.50 per order. We will occasionally run free shipping weekends. Make sure you are following our social media accounts to take advantage of these deals!
I’m Local. Can I Pick Up My Item to Save on Shipping?
Absolutely! Just select “Local Pickup”. Once your order has been received, we will contact you to set up at pickup time at our Jeffersonville studio.
PLEASE NOTE:
You MUST be able to pickup at our studio in order to qualify for local pickup. We do not currently offer free local delivery. If you are not able to pickup your item at the scheduled time, your order will be cancelled and you money will be refunded.
Product Questions
Are Your Products Water Proof? Can I Swim/Shower/Bathe in Them?
While we believe our items are excellent quality, they are still made of wood and will warp with water.. For this reason we encourage your to remove your jewelry before coming into contact with water.
Are Your Earring Posts Hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our earrings are made with nickel free hypo allergenic posts.
Do You Take Custom Orders?

PLEASE NOTE:
Custom Orders require a design fee upfront. Design fees are calculated on a case by case basis based on the difficulty of the project. Items must then be paid for in full before the item is cut and mailed.
