Lorelai and Lottie Jewelry was founded in 2021 by Jess Stiller with frequent help from the rest of her family. Like so many people our family's life changed completely in 2020. Unemployed and in search of a way to make inexpensive Christmas gifts for our family, Jess started using the Glowforge laser engraver at our local library's maker space. Several Christmas ornaments, 2 name puzzles, and a dozen pairs of earrings later, it was crafting love.
Of course the pandemic made things complicated. The library makerspace was forced to shut down for several months due to staffing shortages. Jess tried to channel her creative energies into other activities, but she couldn't stop dreaming of starting her own business selling laser cut and engraved jewelry. Her brother in law made this dream possible when he gifted her a membership to the local professional maker space, Maker13, for christmas.
And the rest was history.
Of course there was only one choice for the name of her shop. The lights of her life and her inspiration in all things, her daughters Lorelai and Lottie.
At Lorelai and Lottie we believe that style is a way to express yourself to the world. L&L designs are not cookie cutter styles you could find in just any store. Make a statement with earrings as unique as you.
